Approval for International LRIT Conformance Testing Services

Securewest International and its marketing partner, SARS Corp., are delighted to announce that the Undersecretariate for Maritime Affairs has approved Securewest International / SARS  LRIT Conformity Testing Services for all ships registered in Turkey.

Turkey joins other registries such as Australia, Bahamas, St Kitts and Nevis, Liberia and others in approving the conformity testing services.

We believe that Securewest and SARS will provide the best testing services to ship owners who are required to test their equipment to ensure their tracking equipment is LRIT compliant.  We have clients already signing up to begin testing to ensure all ships are tested prior to the deadline of December 31, 2008.
