If not, for complete peace of mind and a low monthly fee Securewest International's Administration approved SSAS monitoring service will ensure all alerts are managed securely, verified, authorities contacted and mandated routine testing conducted. This services meets the requirements of SOLAS 1974 XI-2 6.2.1
Available through our dedicated 24/7/365 Maritime Assistance Center, Securewest International provides a fully SOLAS compliant SSAS management and monitoring service. Alerts can be sent to our Maritime Assistance Center in a number of ways and we work closely with SSAS hardware manufacturers to integrate with their software and hardware configurations.
These include Pole Star's Purple Finder, Transas, Satamatics and through SARS Inc a SSAS consolidation service enabling different hardware units to be integrated into one system and web interface.
The Securewest International SSAS management service meets the requirements of many Administrations including the Marshall Islands, Liberia and United Kingdom Maritime Coastguard Agency (MCA).
