Highly experienced, uniformed maritime security officers, drawn exclusively from the United Kingdom and United States armed forces and the British Brigade of Gurkhas, are deployed worldwide to provide a knowledgeable and highly visible maritime security service, serving as an active deterrent to protect the vessel and crew both in port and at sea.
Employing current best practices, our officers have a wealth of experience and training in the deployment of deterrants - both lethal and non-lethal.
Prior to deployment our team provides:
- a comprehensive route threat assessment
- detailed operational orders
Once on board, security teams will deliver :
- assessment of current ship security
- advice on vessel hardening
- ship security drills
- anti-piracy training and drills .
- support , intelligence and liaison with coalition forces are provided through our 24 hour Maritime Assistance Center.
