The Securewest International Maritime Assistance Centre (MAC) recorded 13 maritime related incidents during the reporting period of 18 – 24 November 2025. The following incidents were recorded:
- 18-NOV-25 Drug Interdiction – 600,000 Captagon pills seized in Bab al Mandeb Straits.
- 19-NOV-25 Drug Interdiction – Coastguard seize 450 pounds of cocaine at Buenaventura, Colombia.
- 19-NOV-25 Drug Interdiction – Pakistan warship intercepts suspected drug smugglers, Northern Arabian Sea.
- 19-NOV-25 Migrant & Refugee Incident – 37 migrants apprehended off the coast of Izmir.
- 19-NOV-25 General Security Warning – Russian spy ship operating on edge of UK waters.
- 20-NOV-25 Migrant & Refugee Incident – 33 migrants rescued off the coast of Izmir.
- 20-NOV-25 Migrant & Refugee Incident – 57 Migrants rescued and detained off Izmir, Turkey.
- 21-NOV-25 Boarding – Cargo vessel RIGI VENTURE was boarded in Lagos, Nigeria.
- 21-NOV-25 Approach – Underway tanker approached 550nm SE of Mogadishu, Somalia.
- 21-NOV-25 Migrant & Refugee Incident – 25 migrants rescued off the coast of Izmir, Turkey.
- 23-NOV-25 Approach – Vessel approached 470nm east of Socotra Island, Indian Ocean.
- 24-NOV-25 Drug Interdiction – 525 kilos of cocaine intercepted off Lancelin, Australia.
- 24-NOV-25 General Security Warning – Royal Navy intercept Russian warship and tanker in the Dover Strait.
