In the case of an employee needing medical assistance, we will coordinate and manage the case to make sure the traveller is receiving treatment according to international standards.

The medical team will evaluate and assess each step of the medical treatment. The assessment includes communication with the treating doctor, evaluation of diagnosis and treatment needs and evaluation of medical facilities, treatment capacity and treating doctor’s specialties and plan of treatment and plan of action.
