Role Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Plymouth, UK. Hybrid role.
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent. 3 days a week (24 hours)

Position Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our expanding team.
Supporting the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for implementing the marketing plan and promoting the company’s services. You will take the lead role in creating and delivering regular and effective marketing and lead generation campaigns, communications, and content, across a variety of channels.
In this varied and dynamic role, you will create, drive, and develop new and current marketing activity to support growth for the business. The role will include:
- Work with other organisations/partners to identify promotional opportunities
- Provide in-house design services for simple day-to-day communications
- Ensure consistency and quality of branding across all areas of the business
- Monitor the performance of marketing activity and make recommendations
- Event organisation and delivery
- Increase brand awareness
- Develop marketing campaigns to increase lead generation
- Essential Requirements:
- Experience in a B2B marketing role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Proven ability in website content management including WordPress
- Experience managing multiple B2B social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience of using Mailchimp or similar

Role Title: Telemarketing Executive
Location: Plymouth, UK. Hybrid role.
Position Overview
Working closely with our Director of Business Development and Marketing Team, the Telemarketing Executive will book prospect meetings and assist in developing business relationships going forward.
The role will include:
- Consistently provide excellent telemarketing to generate new business appointments for our Director of Business Development.
- Work to high volume call and duration targets.
- Develop long lasting relationships with prospects, and act as an ambassador for our business.
- Management of inbound telephone and digital enquiries, converting them into qualified sales leads.
- Build and maintain the company’s contact management database/CRM platform ‘Salesforce’ according to sales pipeline and marketing campaign reporting demands.
- Co-ordinate new business meetings with the Director of Business Development.
- Work with our Marketing Team to follow up on campaigns.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outbound B2B telesales experience.
- Previous experience of using a CRM system.
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships with high level decision makers.

Role Title: Global Response Operator
Location: Plymouth, UK
Shift: 12 hours, 4 days on 4 days off to include nights
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 23,500 rising to £25,000 after 3 months
Position Overview
Securewest is seeking a Global Response Operator to provide first line support and emergency response to our Travel Risk and Maritime clients in accordance with pre-defined protocols and operational procedures. The role is desk-based utilising our risk management platform to monitor the position of vessels, assets and personnel and identify any emerging risks. The successful Global Response Operator will work within our small team based in Plymouth and report to the Global Response Centre Manager.
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Incident response and management
- Emergency alerting and update of global emerging risks
- Monitoring of global risk management platform
- Log creation and updates
- Monitor and manage a multi-functional computer platform
- Advise and react to incidents dependent on type
- Answer and log calls via VOIP system
- Document management
- Issue and management of detailed documentation
- Update Travel Management Plans
- Monitoring and respond to maritime alerts from vessels across the globe (SSAS)
- Adhering to strict protocols in association to these maritime alerts
Essential Skills:
- An exceptional communicator both verbally (telephone manner) and written
- Comprehensive IT skills covering the Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Organised with strong administration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and good decision-making skills
- Enthusiastic and able to learn new things quickly
- Flexible work approach: working predominantly on a shift pattern 12 hours, 4 days on 4 days off to include nights
Desirable (however, full training will be provided for the right person):
- Previous experience in a control room or emergency response environment
