- 28-APR-26 Approach – Tanker approached by PAG East of Mogadishu, Somalia.
- 29-APR-26 Attack – Underway sanctioned oil tanker MARQUISE attacked in the Black Sea.
- 29-APR-26 Attack – Bulk carrier KIRAN MARMARA attacked in Odesa, Ukraine.
- 29-APR-26 Drugs Interdiction – Over 3.4 tonnes of hashish intercepted off Portugal.
- 30-APR-26 Migrant and Refugee Incident – 12 migrants apprehended off the coast of Izmir, Turkey.
- 30-APR-26 Migrant and Refugee Incident – 18 migrants rescued off the coast of Aydin, Turkey.
- 30-APR-26 Migrant and Refugee Incident – Migrant boat adrift in Mediterranean Sea.
- 30-APR-26 Drugs Interdiction – Drugs in tea packaging found off Jeju coast, South Korea.

- 03-MAY-26 Attack – Unidentified tanker attacked 78nm north of Fujairah, Strait of Hormuz, UAE.
- 03-MAY-26 Attack – Bulk carrier attacked by multiple small crafts, West of Sirik, Iran.
- 03-MAY-26 General Security Warning – Suspicious VHF activity near Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
