- 15-APR-26 Migrant & Refugee Incident – 22 migrants apprehended off the coast of Izmir, Turkey.
- 15-APR-26 Migrant & Refugee Incident – Nine migrants intercepted off the coast of Antalya, Turkey.
- 15-APR-26 Robbery – Outboard stolen from dinghy in Santa Marta, Curacao.
- 15-APR-26 Robbery (Attempted) – Attempted theft of a dinghy in Linton Bay, Panama.
- 16-APR-26 Migrant & Refugee Incident – 30 migrants and a suspected smuggler intercepted off Mugla, Turkey.
- 16-APR-26 Migrant & Refugee Incident – Migrant group and two suspected smugglers intercepted off Canakkale, Turkey.
- 16-APR-26 Drugs Interdiction – Over 3,800 pounts of intercepted cocaine offloaded in Miami, USA.

- 18-APR-26 Attack – Unknown projectile impacts in proximity to cruise ship 3nm east of Oman, Strait of Hormuz.
- 18-APR-26 Attack – Container ship struck by unknown projectile 25nm NE of Oman, Strait of Hormuz.
