- 21-FEB-23 – Robbery – Anchored tanker LOS ANGELES SPIRIT robbed at Callao Anchorage, Peru.
- 22-FEB-23 – Boarding – Bulk carrier LOWLANDS AMSTEL boarded in Singapore Strait.
- 23-FEB-23 – Migrant and Refugee Incident – 59 migrants detained from boat off Hutchinson Island,
- Florida.
- 23-FEB-23 – Migrant and Refugee Incident – Four migrants missing off the Greek Island of Samos.
- 23-FEB-23 – General Security Warning – Irregular activity reported in the Gulf of Aden.
- 23-FEB-23 – General Security Warning – Cruise missiles fired by North Korea into the Sea of Japan.
- 23-FEB-23 – Migrant and Refugee Incident – 22 Cuban migrants land at Dry Tortugas National Park,
- Florida, USA.
- 25-FEB-23 – Drugs Interdiction – U.S. Coast Guard cutter interdicts illegal drugs shipment in Arabian Sea.
- 26-FEB-23 – Migrant and Refugee Incident – Migrant shipwreck off southern Italy.
