incidents during the reporting period of 26 December 2023 – 01 January 2024. The following incidents were recorded:
- 26-DEC-23 – Migrant & Refugee Incident – 106 migrants intercepted in the Mediterranean Sea.
- 26-DEC-23 – General Security Warning – Explosion reported in the southern Red Sea 60nm WSW off Al Hudaydah, Yemen.
- 26-DEC-23 – General Security Warning – UAS explosions reported in the southern Red Sea, 50nm W of Al Hudaydah, Yemen.
- 26-DEC-23 – Attack – Houthis launch missile attack on MSC UNITED in the southern Red Sea.
- 26-DEC-23 – General Security Warning – Houthi rebels claim drone strikes on Israel’s Eilat port.
- 27-DEC-22 – Migrant & Refugee Incident – 330 migrants intercepted in Turkish waters.
- 27-DEC-23 – Migrant & Refugee Incident – 177 migrants detained and rescued off Izmir, Turkey.
- 27-DEC-23 – Migrant & Refugee Incident – 33 migrants detained off Canakkale, Turkey.
- 27-DEC-23 – Migrant & Refugee Incident – 244 migrants rescued in the Mediterranean off Libya.

- 31-DEC-23 – Attack – MAERSK HANGZHOU attacked by small boats 60nm NW of Al Hudaydah, Yemen.
