The Securewest International Global Response Centre (GRC) recorded 4 maritime related incidents during the reporting period of 26 July – 1 August 2022.

The following incidents were recorded:

  • 29-JUL-22 – Migrant and Refugee Incident – More than 200 migrants cross the English Channel.
  • 29-JUL-22 – Robbery – Underway bulk carrier boarded by armed robbers.
  • 30-JUL-22 – Migrant and Refugee Incident – 460 people crossed the English Channel in 12 small boats.
  • 31-JUL-22 – Maritime Information Advisory – Mine defused in the Black Sea.
